First of all,the UVC sterilizer should be cleaned and maintained on time.
Second,the assembly of the quartz tube is very important. The user should not touch the surface of the quartz tube directly by hand, so as not to stain it and affect its transparency.
Align the quartz tube with the water-sealed holes at both ends, insert the quartz tube with equal margins at both ends, and insert O-shaped rubber rings. Tighten the gland slowly and evenly, not too strong, so as not to cause the quartz tube to break, then do a water test. If there is water leakage, tighten the gland gently until there is no water leakage, and install the UVC lamp finally.
The disassembly of the quartz tube is also very important. Turn off the power first, open the protective covers on both sides of the sterilizer, take out the lamp tube, remove the glands at both ends, take out the O-shaped rubber ring in the water seal tank.Finally, pull out the quartz tube slowly .
