The study found that the plant height and internode length of grape tissue culture seedlings of all genotypes under the treatment of pure red UV LED were significantly longer than those treated with fluorescent light, but the chlorophyll content and the number of leaf stomata were the highest in the treatment of monochromatic blue UV LED. , The red light UV LED is the lowest. This shows that plant height has a direct relationship with rooting ratio, and long-wavelength red light is necessary for the morphology of grape roots.
