In this convention, there are special provisions expressly restricting mercury emissions, including prohibiting the production and import and export of mercury-containing products, although LEDs quickly replaced high-end products in the lighting field. Energy-consuming incandescent lamps, but in other areas of the lighting field, such as printing, curing, medical treatment, etc., mercury has not been completely banned. The emergence of UV-LED is undoubtedly the dawn of hope. It can not only replace mercury-containing ultraviolet light sources, but also further enhance its economic and social benefits.
UV-LED has the characteristics of long service life, high reliability, high luminous efficiency, low power consumption, no heat radiation, and environmental protection. 1. The development status of UV-LED light source
With the application of UV-LED in printing, curing, medical and other fields, there are more and more types of UV-LED light sources. At present, the popular 3535, 5050, 6565 and other ceramic UV molding packaging products on the market are used more and more. At the same time, some companies in the industry have successively developed high-power integrated UV LED light sources. However, because the heat generated by high-power integrated UV-LED light sources is not handled well during use, the application of UV equipment is still relatively cautious. Some UV companies still use the method of sticking lamp beads on the copper substrate and then installing them on radiators such as water drains.
2. Research on the new UV-LED line light source
The UV equipment developed by our company has gone through the process from conventional UV LED lamp beads to high-power integrated UV-LED light sources and new UV-LED line light sources. We independently develop and design light sources suitable for our UV equipment to continuously meet customer needs. Demonstrated the characteristics and strength of our company.
The research on the new UV-LED line light source is based on the problems encountered in the industry. The common problems encountered by UV equipment in the industry are:
1). After using for a period of time, UV-LED lamp beads have yellowing or even blackening of silica gel due to heat problems, which causes the energy of the UV equipment to be greatly attenuated, which cannot meet the normal production requirements;
2). Conventional UV equipment can only adjust the radiation energy of the UV-LED light source by adjusting the power parameters of the whole machine, and cannot flexibly control the energy of the UV-LED light source to meet the needs of different applications;
3). The ultraviolet light emitted by the conventional UV-LED light source is relatively scattered, which wastes the UV light and increases the cost to a large extent.
In response to the above-mentioned problems during use, our R&D personnel have developed a new type of UV LED line light source to solve these problems, and the product is ready to be launched on the market.
