The rapid development of high-power LED technology has extremely broad application prospects, and the reliability of the device is the guarantee for its wide application.
Based on the structure of the LED itself, high-power LED light sources in a broad sense can be divided into 4 categories. One is the light source packaged by SMD surface mount, the other is a single imitation lumen LED light source, and the other is an integrated light source. High-density packaged LED light sources, the last type is a COB substrate packaged light source.
