There are too many models of LED lamp beads, including in-line and patch type, and high-power LED lamp beads. The current of LED lamp beads is from tens of milliamps to several amperes, and the voltage is relatively consistent, and most of them are in A few volts. According to the LED package, it is divided into in-line LED and SMD LED; according to the power, it is divided into large, medium and low power.
High-power white LED (such as CREE’s XML-T6) has a single power of 10W, voltage 3.3v and current 3A, low-power red LED (G such as a common 5MM in-line) voltage 2v, current 15 mA.
The SMD package is low-power light-emitting diodes such as 0805 and 1206, and the working current is generally 10 mA, but there are exceptions. The SMD package is 3014, 3528, 3535 and other low-power LEDs, and the working current is generally 20-50 mA, but there are exceptions; the SMD package is 5050, 5060, 5630 and other medium-power LEDs, and the working current is generally 50~150mA, but there are exceptions;
High-power LEDs are all SMD packages, and the parameters of different brands and series of different companies are very different; but the general working current of nominal 1W is 350mA. Low-power in-line LED lamp beads are generally divided into models by diameter, 3mm 4mm 5mm 8mm 10mm 12mm
Regardless of the diameter, the working voltage and working current are the same.
