When ordering 1206 SMD LED lamp beads, there are often problems such as dead lights due to improper operation during use. Expanding LEDs in order to better use the products for customers, the following instructions are organized for your reference:
1. Material confirmation
Whether the LED BIN level of the feed is consistent. For example: Whether the parameters such as voltage CIEBIN brightness belong to the same level, the same level should be used together. Whether the positive and negative polarities meet the requirements, and whether the light emission of different pins meets the requirements. If LEDs of the same level are not applied to the same object, their applicability should be evaluated first. (If different voltage BINs are used together, there may be differences in brightness, and different CIE BINs may be used together in light-emitting colors.)
2.1206 SMD LED lamp bead packaging and storage: Before unpacking, avoid moisture entering the inside of the LED. It is recommended that the SMD series of LEDs be stored in a drying cabinet with a built-in desiccant. The storage environment temperature range is 5-30 degrees, and the humidity does not exceed 50%.

Dehumidification conditions: baking at 70 degrees for 4-12 hours. The dehumidified materials should be used up as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Please seal the remaining material or place it in an environment with a temperature of 10-40 degrees and a humidity of not more than 30%.
