(2) When cutting the feet, the vibration and friction of the cutting machine will generate high-voltage static electricity, so the machine must be firmly grounded and anti-static work should be done.
(3) When using LED plug-in lights, the spacing of the pcb board holes should correspond to the spacing of LED pins.
LED plant lamp pin forming method
(1) The pin forming of the LED plant light requires professionals to use professional tools to complete
(2) The pins and the LED plant light circuit board must be consistent
(3) Lead forming needs to be completed before completing the welding work
(4) The LED plant light bracket can only be bent at least 2 mm away from the colloid.
Conditions that LED plant lights should meet for welding
(1) Wave soldering: the highest temperature of dip soldering is 260℃, the dip soldering time does not exceed 5 seconds, and the dip soldering position is at least 2 mm away from the colloid.
(2) Soldering iron welding: the temperature of the soldering iron tip should not exceed 300℃, the soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds, and the soldering position should be at least 2 mm away from the colloid.
LED plant light lamp bead cleaning
(1) Generally use chemical reagents such as acetone, trichloroethylene, ethanol, etc. for cleaning,
(2) When cleaning the LED plant lamp beads with acetone and trichloroethylene, prevent it from corroding the surrounding colloid
(3) The ethanol immersion time should not be too long, and it should be controlled within three minutes at room temperature
