  Plants rely on the energy of light for photosynthesis to grow, flower, and bear fruit. However, due to the ever-changing climatic changes and light changes in nature, plants cannot fully absorb the photosynthetic nutrients they need during different growth periods, which brings disadvantages to growth, especially in the seedling stage. In this regard, scientific and reasonable artificial spectrum creates good absorption and reflection conditions for plant growth. The energy values of the blue light zone and the red light zone are very close to the efficiency curve of plant photosynthesis (the efficiency is even more significant for green plants), which is the best light source for plant growth.


  Different plants have different requirements for the spectrum. For example, lettuce is red/blue 4:1, strawberry 5:1, general-purpose 8:1, some need to increase infrared and ultraviolet rays, but some factories do not understand all the spectra. At the same time, it is said that the full spectrum is suitable for any plant, but because it contains ultraviolet rays, it kills the orchids. Fortunately, it is not the kind of hundreds of thousands. White light contains all the spectra, so someone made a white LED, which is full spectrum. Philips also did this stupid thing. And I did an experiment, the same plant, with two 200w white lights on one side, a 90w UFO (red and blue 1:1) and 90w square (red and blue 8:1) on the same plant, the plant under white light a week later Obviously it grows slower than using red and blue lights. Don't be superstitious about white light. At most, add a few white LEDs to the red and blue lights to improve the use, not as the main light. The output lumens of the LED itself is not high. Some customers say that Philips’s is useless, because these Philips T-tube lamps have a maximum of 20w, and a frosted lampshade is added, which loses part of the lumens. How many micromoles can be left when hanging high and shooting on plants? It's only strange if it works. LED plant lights below 50 watts are suitable for use close to plants, and are more suitable for plant tissue culture (layered planting), family gardening and vegetable cultivation, and soilless cultivation in small spaces, while LED plant lights above 50 watts are suitable for use in greenhouses , The light distance from the main crop canopy area should be controlled within 2.5 meters.

LED plant lights adopt different measures to avoid problems of different degrees, such as lack of analysis of specific spectral components, resulting in impure light quality processing, inconsistent light intensity, close to or even lower than the light compensation point of plants, The energy efficiency of the illumination light source is low.
